Upcoming:
Think back to the last time you were stuck in the security line at the airport: those harsh fluorescent lights beating down on you, all those confusing rules, TSA agents shouting contradictory information about whether or not you’re supposed to take your shoes off. Did you think to yourself, “Man, this would be so much better if everyone here was singing and dancing!”? Brother, have I got good news for you!
TSA: The Musical is a brand-new concept musical that satirizes the absurdity of air travel, told through a series of interconnected vignettes spanning a wide range of genres. A film noir mystery posits a TSA agent as a hardboiled detective facing a moral crisis. A silent-era slapstick sequence imagines Charlie Chaplin’s Tramp navigating airport security, with hijinks ensuing. An airport meet cute (or rather, many of them) in the airport is rendered as a big, golden-era Technicolor musical number. We even travel back to where it all started, with the Wright brothers’ invention of the airplane, now transformed into a turn-of-the-century coming-of-age story.
Playing at the Color Club on November 6th and 7th, 2026!
